Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. In case you’re not fully satisfied, here’s our simple and transparent return/exchange policy:

1. Return/Exchange Eligibility

– Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
– Products must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

– Items purchased on sale or discount, accessories, and innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene and final sale policies.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

– Email us at support@willagers.in with your order number and reason for return.
– Include a photo/video of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
– Our team will initiate the reverse pickup (subject to availability in your area).

4. Refund Policy

– Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after the returned item is received and passes quality check.
– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
– COD orders are eligible for store credit only.

5. Exchange Policy

– Exchanges are only allowed for size issues or defective products.
– If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item

– If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video for quick assistance.
