1. General
– Willagers is an online apparel brand offering fashionwear for men and women.
– All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
2. Pricing & Payments
– All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
– We accept multiple secure payment methods, including:
• Debit/Credit Cards
• UPI & Wallets
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select locations with a minimal service charge (if applicable).
– Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment (except COD).
3. Shipping & Delivery
– Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
– Delivery time varies by location, typically within 3–7 working days.
– Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Standard charges apply for COD and orders below this threshold.
4. Product Details
– We aim to display accurate product descriptions, sizing, and colors. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
– Customers are advised to refer to the size chart before placing an order.
5. Order Cancellations
– Orders placed with COD can only be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering by emailing us at support@willagers.in.
– Prepaid orders may be cancelled before dispatch; post-dispatch cancellations are not allowed.
6. Intellectual Property
– All brand assets, images, and content belong to Willagers and cannot be reused or republished without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
– Willagers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
